Prashant Iyer

Prashant Iyer has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and security. Prashant is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Xage Security since February 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Software Engineer II - Security at Databricks from March 2021 to February 2023. Prashant also worked at McAfee as a Software Development Engineer from November 2017 to March 2021. Additionally, they briefly worked as a Software Engineer at Shipt in September 2017. Prashant started their career as a Software Engineer Intern at Intel Corporation, where they were a member of the Advanced Threat Research team in the Intel Security Group from September 2016 to March 2017.

Prashant Iyer began their education in 2009 at SIES College of Arts, Science and Commerce, where they studied Vocational Science (Electronics) and completed their degree in 2011. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Mumbai in 2011 and obtained Bachelor's degree in Computer Science in 2015. Prashant further pursued their education at California State University, Los Angeles from 2015 to 2017, earning a Master's degree in Computer Science.
