Mathew Inett is an experienced Specification Manager at XAL, where Mathew has been instrumental in collaborating with architects and lighting design clients since January 2016, primarily in the North of England with frequent visits to the London studio. Previously, Mathew worked as a Creative Project Sales professional at MJ Lighting from July 2012 to December 2015, managing project work and sales in various sectors such as retail and hospitality, earning recognition through award nominations. Earlier positions include Lead Data Analyst for EMEA and North America at Green Leads, LLC from March 2011 to July 2012, as well as a Business Development Representative at Neon Prospects. Mathew's career began in the fashion industry as a Fashion Designer and Pattern Cutter for Giles, where responsibility included overseeing multiple catwalk collections. Mathew holds a BA (Hons) in Fashion Design and Technology from the University of the Arts London, earned between 2005 and 2008.
