Ayres Filho has a diverse work experience, starting in 2000 as an Advanced & Product Engineering Manager at Dana Corporation. Ayres then became a Program Manager, overseeing various programs and implementing them from design to manufacturing. Ayres later joined Melling do Brasil as the Vice President of Product Development, managing engineering teams and implementing new projects. After that, they held the position of Vice President of Global Product Development at Melling Engine Parts, managing engineering teams in the USA and Brazil and overseeing product design, manufacturing, R&D, and testing. In 2019, they became an Engineering Manager at Meggitt, managing product design and manufacturing engineering teams. Ayres then moved to Testek Solutions, where they served as a Senior Engineering Manager / Product Director, managing and orienting the engineering team and guiding them in developing low-cost solutions and standardizing product circuits. Currently, they hold the role of Director of Mechanical Engineering at XALT Energy.
Ayres Filho's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Product Engineering Management from the Polytechnic School of the Sao Paulo University. Ayres also completed an Executive Program in Lean Manufacturing from the University of Kentucky.
