Dean Brown

Dean Brown is an accomplished fitness and operations executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the CEO of Bow Valley Athletic Club since January 2021, Dean has also held advisory positions at xalt.fit and Racquet ProZ, focusing on business strategy and development. Prior experience includes serving as CEO of Archetype Fitness within Oilers Entertainment Group, where mentoring and operational enhancement were key contributions. Dean's operational acumen was further demonstrated as Vice President of Operations at Dineen Coffee Co. and as General Manager of multiple facilities under the Cambridge Group of Clubs, which saw significant growth during their tenure. Dean holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Western University.
