Gogineni Venkateswarlu, is the Senior Director – Software in Xalted and is responsible for managing the software development and QA teams in Mumbai office. Better known as GV, he has a professional experience that spans over 18 years in the field of Enterprise Software Development, Delivery and Project Management.

GV comes with strong telecom domain experience with focused expertise in OSS/BSS design and implementation, Revenue Assurance, Mediation, Systems Integration, BI and MIS systems. He has worked on Enterprise products in the domains of Telecom, Retail, Finance & Healthcare using Oracle, Microsoft, AI, Distributed and Open source technologies. In addition GV has expertise in strategic planning for end to end product release, excellent people management skills and Client Management. All this is driven with a passion to deliver high quality projects on-time and on-budget.

GV has previously worked with companies like Teleonto Technologies, Metaminds Software, Kido Software and a few more and has played various roles such as General Manager of Software Delivery, Delivery Head / SQA Director and Sr. Project Manager System Analyst and is accredited with number of successful projects working with the clients such as WorldCom, McLeod, FCC, KDDI, NTTCom, Edgenet, Big Hammer, Franz Inc, Aircel, Dialog etc.,

GV's success & recognition has been mainly due to his ability of placing process definitions, development methodologies along with requirement analysis and design.

GV has a Masters Degree in Computer Science from IETE (Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers), New Delhi and Masters in Mathematics from Agra University, India with in depth Technical skills and knowledge attained from various Telecom sector-training programs. He is a life member of IETE.
