Alice Palm

Alice Palm has extensive experience in recruitment and event coordination within various organizations. Currently serving as a Group Manager and Recruiting Consultant Manager at Xamera AB since September 2018, Alice specializes in guiding junior IT talents through the job-seeking process, while also managing requirements, conducting interviews, and supporting consultants. Previous roles include Event Coordinator for the Student Union at Lund University, Communication Assistant at the Biomedical Centre of Lund University, and consultant positions at Academic Work, including significant time at Axis Communication.
