Fabien Rortais

Fabien Rortais is a physicist currently employed at Xanadu since February 2020. Prior to this role, Fabien held positions as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science from November 2017 to February 2020 and as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Kyoto University from December 2016 to November 2017, focusing on silicon spintronics and semiconductor spintronics respectively. Academic background includes a Ph.D. in Physics from Université Grenoble Alpes, a Master's degree in Nanotechnology from Nantes Université, and a Bachelor's degree in Physics and Chemistry from Nantes Université. Early experience includes an internship at Institut des Matériaux de Nantes and a teaching assistantship at Grenoble INP. Fabien also has prior experience working as a seller for IKEA Group from January 2010 to January 2012.
