Raj Kasi

Raj Kasi has an extensive work experience spanning over 16 years. Raj began their career as an International Graduate at Standard Chartered Bank, where they gained valuable experience in crafting powerful messaging for corporate leadership. Raj then moved on to work at Robert Walters as a Consultant before joining iKas International as a Sales Director, where they successfully built the firm's Singapore portfolio and achieved significant revenue growth. Raj later joined mPower Search as a Consulting Director, where they won and executed search mandates for major global conglomerates. In 2017, they became the Chief Commercial Officer at impress.ai, a company that used artificial intelligence to streamline the hiring process and reduce bias. Raj then took a year off to recharge and during that time, they worked on an innovative project as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Antler. Currently, they serve as the Global Head of Business Development at XanPool, leading a team of professionals and connecting global merchants to customers across Asia through alternative payment infrastructure. Throughout their career, Raj has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a passion for innovation, and a track record of success in business development and commercial roles.

Raj Kasi holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from the National Institute of Industrial Engineering, which they obtained from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, Raj has obtained certifications in "Fintech: Foundations, Payments and Regulations" from Wharton Online in December 2022 and in "Voice, Values, and HR" from Josh Bersin Academy in June 2020.
