Hella-Franziska Hoffmann

Hella-Franziska Hoffmann's work experience begins in 2008 as a Teaching Assistant at Technische Universität Carolo-Wilhelmina zu Braunschweig. From 2013 to 2015, they serve as the President of the Computer Science Graduate Student Association at the University of Waterloo while also working as a Research Assistant at the university. In 2015, Hella-Franziska joins Thomson Reuters as a Data Scientist, where they collaborate with start-ups and researchers to develop data-driven products. Hella-Franziska holds various roles within Thomson Reuters until 2021, including Senior Data Scientist. In 2021, they transition to Logically as a Lead Graph NLP Engineer and then becomes a Technical Program Manager - Client Services in 2022. Currently, they are the Head of NLP at Xapien, leading a team and overseeing the development of the company's knowledge extraction engine.
