Matt Woods

Matt Woods has a strong background in recruitment, particularly in the areas of UX, service design, and product development. Matt started their career in 2011 as a Recruitment Consultant at Idox plc before moving on to Source in 2013, where they worked as a Principal Recruiter for UX and Service Design. In 2019, Matt joined Cogs Agency as a Principal UX and Service Design Recruiter, where they focused on connecting talented individuals with global career opportunities. Matt then worked at Salt, starting in 2021, where they held various roles including Principal Product, UX, and Service Design Recruiter, Practice Lead Recruiter for Service Design and User Research, and Public Sector Contract Recruitment Partner. Most recently, in 2023, Matt joined Xcede as a Principal Product, Experience, and Service Design Recruiter. Overall, Matt has extensive experience in the recruitment industry, with a strong focus on UX, service design, and product development.
