Before joining Xceedance, Jai served as senior director of engineering and India site leader at Diebold Nixdorf, where he oversaw the global innovation practice and India software delivery teams. Prior to that, Jai worked at organizations such as Pitney Bowes, RateGain, Areva, and R Systems in various leadership, management, and software engineering transformation roles.
