Sangram Bhosale

Sangram Bhosale is an accomplished supply chain executive with extensive experience in transforming supply chain organizations across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Supply Chain Officer at Xcel Energy since 2020, Sangram has achieved significant improvements in sourcing efficiency and value capture. Previously, as Chief Procurement Officer at TransAlta, Sangram led a $1.5 billion supply chain transformation, while at Husky Energy, Sangram managed a $6 billion supply chain function, exceeding financial targets and driving top-quartile performance. Sangram's earlier roles include Vice President and General Manager at Cairn Energy PLC, where a strategic shift resulted in a threefold increase in value capture, and a decade at Kearney, providing consulting services to Fortune 500 clients. Sangram holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Oklahoma State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from COEP Technological University.
