Pat Bonner

Pat Bonner has over 10 years of experience in business development and sales roles. From 2005 to 2014, Pat served as a Regional Sales Manager at Xcel HR, specializing in HR management solutions. Pat then joined Artech Government Services LLC in 2015 as a Business Development Manager, providing human capital solutions to government clients.
