Adelene Tan

Adelene has been with Xcellink for more than 10 years. Over the years she has acquired a wide-ranging and in-depth knowledge of the business. From building business processes to recruitment, to the governance of corporate policies, she had gained valuable experience. She drives improvements and productivity through applying best practices, thus enabling costs savings. Adelene holds the COPC coordinator certification, a highly-valued qualification, applied to setting up a call quality unit that was awarded the NSRS certified workforce by SPRING Singapore (currently under WDA). Adelene is driven by a keen sense of empathy for colleagues and company.

The work that we have been engaged in over the years had been immensely challenging. Overcoming those challenges had been more than satisfying and has given me a tremendous sense of achievement. Understanding client needs, balancing colleagues’ concerns and aspirations are an integral part of that challenge that paved my learning journey complete with varied experiences of the more than 10 years that I have been with Xcellink. Amidst the challenges, Xcellink appreciates the need for work-life balance which the company values and which it does to give full support to its staff.
