Xcellink was her first company that she join right after she earned her bachelor’s degree. Having studied in the areas of technology management background, she is particularly interested to embark on her career in the technology sector, and she was fortunate that Xcellink has given her the opportunity to be part of the team as one of their talent sourcing. It was the impetus for me to kick-start the path to her career in the future.

As a talent sourcing, she is helping the candidate to find the best role for them and her task is to solicit, skill-matching and bring qualified potential candidate into the business to fulfil the client needs. Therefore, she have equipped herself with the soft skills in the course of work and it helps her accordingly when dealings with the candidates and in keeping track of her targets.
