Brady Pennington has worked in the IT industry since 2019. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Technician at uBreakiFix, where they assisted customers with hardware and software related issues with consumer electronic devices. In 2020, they worked at K2 Services as a Help Desk Associate Analyst and Help Desk Assistant Team Lead, where they supported eight major international business and litigation law firm clients with hardware and software issue resolution and requests. Brady then attended Southeastern University from 2017 to 2018, studying Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, Brady has obtained several certifications, including Microsoft Excel Certified Specialist, Microsoft Word Certified Specialist, Microsoft PowerPoint Certified Specialist, and Adobe Certified Associate in Visual Communications using Adobe Photoshop from Certiport - A Pearson VUE Business in 2017, 2015 respectively.
