Peter McGuire

Peter has extensive Brokerage, Underwriting and Executive Management experience having held senior and executive positions at Willis as Managing Director of the Northern European (including Central and Eastern Europe) Treaty Division (Property and Casualty). Peter was also responsible for worldwide Accident and Health Reinsurance (Non USA) at QBE, where he was General Manager for all Insurance operations in North America, at the time a $950,000,000 portfolio of Property, Casualty and Health Insurance.

Peter co-founded Starr Global Accident and Health Insurance Agency, a joint venture with C.V. Starr and Company, where he grew and managed as President and CEO a portfolio of Accident and Health business to over $200 Million. Whilst at C.V. Starr, Peter also managed all of the groups marketing efforts and built the Property and Casualty program underwriting unit. He is a co-founder of Xchange Benefits, LLC. Peter is also involved in various charitable organizations. Peter is a Knight of Malta and is on the board of the Path to Peace Foundation at the United Nations.
