Nadia Owens

Nadia Owens is senior vice president, HR Global Performance and Rewards for DXC Technology. In partnership with DXC’s executive leadership team and the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors, Nadia is responsible for designing and delivering globally inclusive human capital performance and rewards solutions to engage and motivate DXC’s workforce.

Nadia has held a number of global strategic HR executive roles in industries including technology, professional services and consumer products. She has led, managed and executed large-scale change initiatives in global organizations.

Nadia holds an MS degree in human resources management and a BS degree in business management from Long Island University. She is a board member of The New York Foundling, a non-profit organization that provides services including foster care, education and adoption assistance to children and families. She also serves on the organization’s Governance Committee and Program Quality Committee.
