Kirbie Drucker

Kirbie Drucker, SHRM - SCP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Director at XCL Resources since September 2021. Previously, Kirbie held various roles at NRG Energy from January 2016 to June 2021, including Executive Compensation Analyst and Sr. Human Resources Generalist, and at NRG/Reliant Energy from October 2009 to January 2016, where responsibilities included managing applicant tracking systems and administering the recruiting process. Prior experience includes sales support at J.Crew and a marketing internship at Skanska USA Building Inc. Kirbie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M University, obtained in 2009.
