Cesar Nader has a diverse work experience, starting with their service in the United States Marine Corps from 1990 to 2011. Cesar held various roles within the Marines, ranging from Private to Captain. After retiring from the military, they took on leadership positions in several organizations. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as the Director of Business Strategy and later as the Executive Director of Strategic Business Initiatives at X Corp Solutions. In 2013, they became the Vice President of Operations before being promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in 2013. Cesar eventually became the President and Chief Executive Officer of X Corp Solutions in 2015. In 2018, they served as the Acting Director of the American Cyber League and also founded the Cyber Bytes Foundation, where they currently serve as the Executive Director.

Cesar Nader (USMC, Ret.) completed a Dual MBA degree in Business Administration and Supply Chain Management from the Naval Postgraduate School in 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Triple Major (B.S.) from Norwich University in 2001, majoring in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, and Accounting.
