Feng Zhu

Feng Zhu has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. They began their career as an Information System Administrator at Qingdao University, where they gained experience in IT system maintenance and communication skills. They then worked as a Software Tester and later Senior Software Tester at R&R WFM, responsible for quality control and assessing software readiness for shipment.

Feng Zhu then joined Zonal as a Senior Product Engineer in Test, where they were responsible for testing, reporting, releasing, and supporting various projects. They later became a Security Champion, working with security leads to design training programs and co-organizing the security champion program. They also served as a Lead Product Engineer in Test, focusing on improving delivery speed and managing test resources.

Moving on, Feng Zhu worked as a Principal QA Engineer via AND Digital at People's Postcode Lottery and Sky, where they collaborated with development teams to assess quality status, established quality strategies, and developed proof of concepts for CI automation implementation. They then joined Thriva Health as a Principal QA Engineer via AND Digital, where they established a company-level quality strategy, improved client quality culture, and designed QA recruiting processes.

At AND Digital, Feng Zhu also held roles such as Security Champion, Cybersecurity Lead, and QA Lead AND Hobby Artist. In these positions, they worked on shaping and delivering structured security programs, created application security pathways and training, and helped senior leadership in selecting cybersecurity team members.

Most recently, Feng Zhu worked as a Quality Practice Lead via AND Digital at Frasers Group, establishing quality frameworks, policies, and incident reporting procedures. They also joined xDesign as a Principal DevSecOps Engineer.

Additionally, Feng Zhu completed a language class for Dutch as a second language diploma from Radboud University from 2002 to 2004. They also hold multiple certifications in various fields, including security, cloud computing, and agile testing.
