Pippa Tilley

Pippa Tilley has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Pippa is currently a Principal Delivery Manager at xDesign, a position they started in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Kin + Carta from 2019 to 2023, where they held various leadership roles including Head of M&A European Integration, Head of European Business Operations, and Head of US Operations and Delivery. During this time, Pippa was based in Chicago, working on setting up operational and delivery processes and expanding the company's presence in the US market. Before joining Kin + Carta, Pippa worked at AmazeRealise as a Digital Project Director and Senior Project Manager from 2013 to 2019, where they successfully delivered websites, internet applications, and content management systems. Pippa also gained experience in budget management and client-facing skills. Prior to that, Pippa worked at Computacenter from 2001 to 2013, holding roles such as Senior Software Application Consultant/Project Manager, e-Commerce Business Development Consultant, International Business Support Manager, and Customer Support Manager. During their time at Computacenter, Pippa was responsible for the operational delivery of software applications to various clients, consulted with a range of clients from FTSE 250 companies to Government authorities, and managed sales support teams. Pippa has a strong background in project management, process consultancy, and customer satisfaction.

Pippa Tilley attended Strathallan from 1986 to 1992. Pippa then pursued a BA/Hons degree in Business Management at Edinburgh Napier University from 1992 to 1996.
