Julie Barclay

Julie Barclay has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Julie began their career in 1989 at Halfords as an Administration & Systems Trainer, where they stayed until 2000. Following this, Julie joined GE Money Home Lending as an HR Administrator/Coordinator and worked there for 17 years until 2017. In 2018, they joined XE.com as a People Systems Analyst, responsible for maintaining the global people platform Hibob and providing support with systems and implementation of functions and processes. Julie oversees people-related matters, produces HR metrics reporting, and supports the Business Partners and recruitment team at XE.com.

Julie Barclay received their BTech National 1st Diploma in Business and Finance from Greenhill College, where they studied from 1989 to 1991. Prior to that, they attended Rooks Heath High School and obtained GCSE passes. No specific field of study was mentioned for their GCSE education.
