Nick Livesey-Smith

Nick Livesey-Smith is a seasoned professional in digital transformation and product management, currently serving as Product Owner - Digital Care at XE.com since February 2021. In this role, Nick has been accountable for defining and executing the digital service strategy to enhance client experience and ensure customer representation within the organization. Previously, Nick spent over a decade at ABRSM, evolving through multiple roles including Senior Product Owner, Business Change Lead, and Global Operations Manager, where responsibilities ranged from overseeing global digital transformation initiatives to managing international exam delivery systems. Nick holds a Master of Science in Conservation from UCL and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from Durham University.
