Hemant Ramnani

Hemant Ramnani is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in driving enterprise sales, customer service automation, and digital transformation across various technology companies. Currently serving as Managing Director - Head of Sales for the Americas at Xebia since October 2023, Hemant has previously held advisory roles at DeepConverse and Symbl.ai, focusing on customer service and conversational intelligence platforms, respectively. Notable past positions include Regional Sales Director at Zendesk, where Hemant led enterprise sales, and Senior Vice President of Sales at Persistent Systems, overseeing intelligent business automation and security solutions. Hemant's career also features roles at DxContinuum, salesforce.com, and TriVision Software, the latter of which Hemant co-founded. Hemant holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Pune Institute of Computer Technology.
