Saurabh Shukla

Saurabh Shukla has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Saurabh began their career as a Support Engineer at Dell in 2003. In this role, they provided technical assistance to customers. After a year, they joined Satyam Computers as a Sr. Software Engineer, where they focused on understanding and analyzing customer requirements, creating test plans, and executing tests.

In 2009, Saurabh joined Tech Mahindra as a Project Lead. Saurabh was responsible for leading the user acceptance test on behalf of the customer, collaborating with key stakeholders to understand business requirements, and translating them into technical documents. Saurabh also created and monitored project plans, reported progress, and provided customer demos.

In 2014, Saurabh co-founded dreamwardrobe.in, an e-commerce marketplace for wardrobe rental services. As a Co-founder and Product Owner, they conducted market research, analyzed data, and created a business strategy and plan. Saurabh also managed requirements gathering, prioritized product backlog, and created user stories.

Since 2017, Saurabh has been working at Xeeva, Inc. as an Implementation Project Manager. In this role, they have taken complete ownership of the launch of the company's cloud-based, SaaS subscription. Saurabh has worked closely with customers to understand their existing systems and processes, mapped them with Xeeva's offerings, and served as a strategic consultant and go-to person for product help post-sales.

Saurabh Shukla attended Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a B.E. degree in Electronics & Communication. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Kendriya Vidyalaya. In addition to their academic qualifications, Saurabh has also obtained the Smartsheet Certified User certification from Smartsheet in May 2018. Saurabh has also earned the Professional Scrum Product Owner certification from Scrum.org, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
