Dennis Kaucky Pharmd

Dennis also worked as a Clinical Pharmacist for Kindred Healthcare, clinically monitoring and providing medication expertise for Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) patients. Additionally, they held the position of Senior Manager of Medical Affairs at TAP Pharmaceuticals, where they developed and implemented medical education programs across multiple therapeutic areas and ensured compliance with accreditation guidelines.

Dennis began their career as a Home Infusion Pharmacist at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where they clinically monitored patients receiving infusion/injectable therapies and focused on TPN and infectious disease patient populations.
