Dražen Božić

Dražen Božić has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Dražen began their career at PLIVA in 1994 as a Production Engineer, where they were responsible for managing production processes and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Dražen later took on roles as a Process/Production Engineer, Coordinator, and Project Manager, where they gained experience in process optimization, validation, and business process management.

In 2002, Božić moved to Xellia Pharmaceuticals, where they started as a Project Manager in Global Product Supply. Dražen was responsible for contract manufacturing and optimizing production processes. Dražen also took on the role of Business Process Manager, where they played a key role in a SAP rollout project.

Božić then joined KRKA in 2006 as a Senior Project Manager in New Products Development. Dražen led project teams and was responsible for managing the development of generic products. Dražen'srole required extensive communication, coordination, and collaboration with team leaders and associates from various business areas.

In 2014, Božić returned to Xellia Pharmaceuticals as an FDF Project Manager. Dražen then progressed to become an R&D Project Management Director and is currently serving as the Senior R&D Project Management Director, overseeing various projects within the company.

Dražen Božić earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Zagreb / Sveučilište u Zagrebu in 1994. Dražen later obtained a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the same university in 2007.
