No Rossel

No Rossel has extensive work experience in various leadership and management roles.

From 2020 onwards, No Rossel served as the Head of Global Engineering at Xellia Pharmaceuticals. In this position, they were responsible for strategic planning and execution of capex projects and programs, ensuring sustainability, standardization, and optimization throughout the global engineering organizations.

Prior to joining Xellia Pharmaceuticals, No Rossel worked at Novo Nordisk. From 2008 to 2020, they held multiple roles including Head of Business Support, Sourcing Operations. In this role, they led teams responsible for strategy and business development, finance, project management, supply chain optimization, and more.

In addition, No Rossel served as a Senior Investment Manager in both the Diabetes API Manufacturing and Devices & Supply Chain Management divisions at Novo Nordisk. They were responsible for managing capital investment portfolios and driving strategic projects.

Before joining Novo Nordisk, No Rossel worked at Rigshospitalet as the Head of Business Support in the Abdominal Centre, overseeing the business support unit and managing a large budget.

No Rossel began their career as an Executive Assistant at The Danish Dental Association and later worked as an Administrative Officer at Rigshospitalet.

Overall, No Rossel has a strong background in leadership, project management, and strategic planning within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.

No Rossel earned a Master of Politics & Administration degree from Aalborg University in the years 1993 to 1999. Later, from 2004 to 2007, they obtained a Diploma in Leadership from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark.
