Andrea Dawson

Andrea Dawson has extensive experience in medical affairs and clinical operations, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Medical Affairs Operations at Xencor since April 2018. Previous positions at Xencor included Manager of Medical Affairs Operations, Clinical Project Manager, and Sr. Clinical Research Associate (CRA). Prior experience includes roles at Synteract as CRA II and CRA I, and at PAREXEL as Clinical Trial Specialist II. Andrea began the career at Profil Institute for Clinical Research, Inc. as a Regulatory Specialist and held the position of Lead Clinical Research Coordinator at Clinical Applications Laboratories. Educationally, Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Arizona State University.
