Denise Beckers

Denise Beckers has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the field of human resources and organizational development. Denise is currently working at Xeneta as the Human Resources Team Lead, a position they have held since July 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Manager at Xeneta from June 2022 to June 2023 and as the Human Resources Assistant from August 2021 to May 2022.

Before joining Xeneta, Denise worked at trivago for several years. Their roles at trivago included Project Manager & Events Lead - Organizational Development from October 2017 to July 2021, Project Manager - Organizational Development from July 2015 to September 2017, and Team Assistant from May 2014 to July 2015. In these positions, they were responsible for project management, event organization, and team leadership.

Denise's work experience also includes a training program at Maritim Hotel Düsseldorf, where they completed their Ausbilung zur Hotelfachfrau / Hotel Industry Expert (IHK) from January 2011 to February 2014.

Denise Beckers completed their high school education at Friedrich-Rückert-Gymnasium from 2000 to 2010. Denise then attended Albrecht-Dürer-Berufskolleg Düsseldorf from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a degree in Hotel Management, specifically as a Hotelfachfrau / Hotel Industry Expert (IHK). In 2017, they pursued further studies at IHK Hannover, specializing in Event Management. Most recently, from 2019 to 2021, they attended Studieninstitut and earned a degree in Veranstaltungsfachwirt / Bachelor Professional of Event Organization (IHK).
