Nirmala Chitram

Nirmala Chitram has a diverse work experience in the field of Quality Assurance (QA). Nirmala started their career as a QA tester at the Georgia Department of Labor in 2006 and worked there until 2009. From 2012 onwards, Nirmala joined XT Global, initially as a QA Team Lead and later as a QA Lead. In these roles, they were responsible for managing all QA functions, including planning, strategy, testing execution, and tools. Nirmala also worked closely with project managers and technical leaders to establish time tables and agree on QA plans for various implementations.
