Robert Walther

Robert Walther has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Robert started their career as a Trainee at Jungheinrich AG in 2006 and had a hands-on role, gaining experience across various aspects of the company. As an ERP Controller & Developer, they oversaw a complex data migration sub-project and managed the SAP Business One ERP system. Robert then moved on to the role of IT & Process Supervisor / ERP Implementation Manager, where they led a team in implementing a full-scale SAP ERP system across Singapore and Malaysia. Next, as the After Sales Administration Manager, they optimized processes to increase customer satisfaction and provided support to clients utilizing technology to improve business procedures. Robert later became the Senior Product Sales Manager, developing and implementing a sales strategy for digital products. Most recently, Robert has been the IT Business Relationship Manager for Jungheinrich AG, spearheading the successful global rollout of M365 to enhance collaboration and productivity across the organization. Currently, they are working as the Team Lead Customer Onboarding at Xentral ERP Software.

Robert Walther has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Quantic School of Business and Technology, which they obtained from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned a B.Sc. degree in Business Management & Product Innovation from The Open University from 2010 to 2011. Their education also includes studies in Business Computing and Management at Fachhochschule Nordakademie Elmshorn from 2006 to 2010, although they did not obtain a specific degree from this institution. In terms of certifications, Robert has achieved the ITIL Service Design (ITIL-SD) certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2019 and the Prince2 Practitioner certification from APMG-International in 2013. Robert is also planning to obtain the Data Science for Leaders certification from Tomorrow University of Applied Sciences in 2023.
