Courtney Avery

Courtney Avery is currently the GM / VP Talent Experience Delivery at Xero, where Courtney leads talent acquisition strategy and delivery globally. Previously, Courtney worked at Meta as a Senior Leadership Recruiting Manager and at Google in various roles, including Senior Business Operations and Strategy Recruiter and Diversity Recruiting Channels Leader. Courtney has a strong background in building high-performing recruiting teams and partnering with executive leadership to achieve strategic hiring goals. Courtney holds a MA in International Policy Studies and Development Economics from Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Notre Dame de Namur University, and completed undergraduate studies at Elon University.
