Emily Boyer

Emily Boyer is an experienced leader in human resources and people experience, currently serving as VP/GM of People Experience at Xero since July 2025. In addition to this role, Emily has been an Advisor and Investor at PeopleTech Partners since January 2023, focusing on technology solutions that enhance employee experience. Previous positions include Advisor at Tekion Corp and VP, Head of People & Workplace at Tome. From January 2018 to January 2023, Emily held the role of Sr. Director, Global People at Slack, overseeing global human resources management. Emily's education includes a Chief Human Resources Officer Program from Wharton Executive Education and a B.S. in Psychology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
