Hitesh Thakkar

Hitesh Thakkar has extensive experience in the field of software development, starting as a Software Developer at Hire Towers during their final year as a student. Hitesh progressed to roles such as Software Developer and Helpdesk Coordinator at EDS (NZ) Ltd before joining Datacom, where Hitesh worked their way up to become a Technical Lead and Senior Software Developer. Currently, at Xero, Hitesh holds the position of Senior Engineer, where Hitesh continues to contribute their expertise in leading development teams, providing technical advice, and improving devops processes. With a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Manukau Institute of Technology, Hitesh has a strong foundation in IT that has fueled their successful career in the industry.
