Michael Romeo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical service delivery operations. Currently serving as President of MV Romeo Consulting LLC and MVRomeo Consulting since November 2018, Michael focuses on developing and implementing benchmark technical delivery solutions within the office automation market. Key responsibilities include business planning, organizational structuring, staffing consulting, and performance metric development. Prior to these roles, Michael held significant positions at Xerox Corporation, including Vice President of Technical Service Delivery Operations and VP of Service Partners Support, and gained additional expertise at Xerox Engineering Systems and Ricoh Corporation. Michael holds a BS in Business Management from Mount Saint Mary College and has further education from Emory University - Goizueta Business School and OCCC.
