Technical Lead Research and Standardization at xFlow Research

Muhammad Hamza has had a varied and impressive career in software engineering and research. In 2021, they began working as a Technical Lead Research and Standardization at xFlow Research Inc., where they were also a Senior Software Engineer R&D and Network Design Engineer II. In this role, they were a rapporteur of ETSI GS MEC 015 (Traffic Management APIs), working as a technical expert for the European Telecommunication Standards Institute (ETSI). Muhammad was also involved in researching emerging use-cases in the SDN, NFV, MEC, 5G and IoT domains. In 2021, they also began working as a Technical Expert at ETSI. In 2020, they worked as a Software Quality Assurance Tester at the National Command and Operation Center. In 2019, they worked as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at All Star BPO LLC.

Muhammad Hamza completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of the Punjab in 2017. Muhammad then went on to pursue a Master of Computer Science (MCS) from Arid Agriculture University, which they completed in 2019. In 2021, they obtained certifications in IBM Cybersecurity Analyst from Coursera, IT Fundamentals for Cybersecurity from Coursera, Python from Kaggle, and Introduction to Packet Tracer from Cisco Networking Academy.
