Ramya Palanisamy

Ramya Palanisamy has worked in the technology industry since 2004. Ramya began their career as an eCommerce Developer with Sify Technologies Limited. In 2006, they joined Cognizant, where they held the roles of Scrum Master for Aetna's Enterprise Integrations, Technical Project Manager for Estee Lauder Online's Web Development and eCommerce, Tech Lead for Kabel Deutschland's Open Source Web Development, and Maintenance Lead for Estee Lauder Online's APAC sites. In 2021, they moved to Klap6 Technologies as a Digital Health Platform Release Train Engineer for Humana's Healthcare. Currently, they are a Release Train Engineer at Xforia Technology Solutions and Services.

Ramya Palanisamy has a Bachelor in Information Technology from the University of Madras, which they obtained in 2004. Ramya also has a number of certifications, including SAFe Ready to Train from Scaled Agile, Inc. obtained in August 2022, Certified SAFe 5 Lean Portfolio Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. obtained in September 2022, Certified SAFe 5 Program Consultant from Scaled Agile, Inc. obtained in July 2022, Certified SAFe 5 Release Train Engineer from Scaled Agile, Inc. obtained in July 2021, Certified SAFe 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. obtained in December 2020, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance obtained in January 2017, and Certified SAFe 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. obtained in June 2019.
