Teresa Qinfei Yang

Teresa Qinfei Yang currently serves as the Strategy Director for AI/tech at Xiaohongshu since October 2023. Prior to this role, Teresa was employed at Tencent from September 2019 to September 2023, where duties included Strategy Manager for Carbon Neutrality and Strategy Manager for the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sectors, focusing on AI and SaaS. Teresa's consulting experience spans from September 2015 to September 2019 at Bain & Company, specializing in the TMT industry as a Consultant and Senior Associate Consultant. Earlier, Teresa held roles as an Analyst at Ironwood Global Advisors Limited and an Associate Consultant at Orientas, along with a Consulting Internship at Advancy. In addition, Teresa directed the Mandarin Drama Club's theater activities and interned in Equity Research at National Australia Bank. Teresa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantitative Finance and Risk Management Science from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, obtained in 2014.
