Rafał Słaby

Rafał Słaby started their work experience in February 2019 at Xiatech as a Golang Developer. Rafał worked on four projects based on GoLang, AWS, Terraform/Terragrunt, where they created new microservices, managed the environment, advised on cost optimization, scheduled work, ensured the proper functioning of the product, and created automated tests and documentation. In July 2019, they became a Team Leader at Xiatech, where they managed a team working on a mobile application for JiveBird. Their responsibilities included team management in scrum methodology, communication with the customer, defining tasks and functionalities, and managing work execution. In October 2020, Rafał joined DataBrick SRL. as a Director. In 2022, they also worked as an External Golang/AWS Consultant at Xiatech.

Rafał Słaby completed their education in two institutions. From 2015 to 2018, they attended Jagiellonian University, where they obtained their Licencjat (Lic.) degree in Informatyka. Subsequently, from 2017 to 2019, they pursued further studies at Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania i Bankowości, earning an Inżynier degree in Informatyka.
