Service Desk Analyst at Xiatech

Rhys English has a diverse work experience in various roles within the IT service desk and support field. Rhys started their career as a Customer Support Partner at John Lewis & Partners from October 2016 to October 2018. Rhys then transitioned to the role of Systems Support from October 2018 to October 2019, providing first and second line support and working closely with external third-party teams. In October 2019, Rhys joined the Shop and Systems Support Team at John Lewis & Partners, where they managed cash machines, administered branch credit cards, and ensured compliance with GDPR regulations.

In October 2020, Rhys moved to Apollo Chemicals Ltd as an Information Technology Support Assistant, responsible for the on-site technical support of end-users and continuously improving systems and procedures. Rhys held this position until November 2021.
