Ekaterina Obyedkova

Ekaterina Obyedkova has been working in the tech and design industries since 2010. Ekaterina started as an Architectural Designer at Kokkugia, then moved on to become a Teaching Assistant at the MIT School of Architecture for the course Architecture Design Fundamentals in 2013. In 2014, they were a Graduate Teaching Assistant at MIT Sloan School of Management for the Innovation Teams courses and a Creative Coder/Environments Designer at IDEO. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Conversational AI Engineer at Catalia Health, where they improved patient engagement through human-centered design. Finally, in 2020, they became a Product Manager, Data at Xignite. Prior to this, they were the Founder and CEO of Moka Metrics Inc., where they developed and launched an AI-powered dashboard for retail Wealth Platforms.

Ekaterina Obyedkova received a SMarchS in Design and Computation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained an RIBA Part1 in Architecture from the Architectural Association School of Architecture in 2012.
