Matt Francis

Matt Francis is the current Director of Procurement and Supply Chain at xilis. Matt has previously worked as the Head of North American Operations at ADAMA US from January 2017 to October 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director of Supply Chain at Thermo Fisher Scientific from May 2012 to December 2016.

Francis has experience in managing a business that grows rapidly and has developed strategies to cope with that growth. Matt has also been responsible for procurement, customer service, transportation, and logistics teams in their past roles. As a result, they have gained a deep understanding of how to design and implement solutions and processes that meet customer needs.

Francis’s experience in supply chain management will be a valuable asset to xilis as they continue to grow and expand their operations.

Matt Francis has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Economics from East Carolina University. Matt is also certified by the Institute for Supply Management in CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management).

Their manager is Daniel Delubac, COO & VP, Platform. They are on a team with and Jeffery Taylor - Director, Quality & Compliance.
