Thomas Duke

Thomas Duke is currently the VP, Legal & Head, Intellectual Property at xilis. Prior to this, they were at UC Riverside Extension Professional Studies as Design Thinking. Thomas has also worked with the California Technology Council and Avanir Pharmaceuticals as the Executive Director, Head of Intellectual Property & Government Affairs. Thomas's career began as an Associate at Nixon Peabody LLP and Davis Wright Tremaine LLP before they joined Blanchard & Associates.

Thomas Duke obtained their B.S. in Microbiology from UC Santa Barbara. Thomas then went on to obtain their Ph.D. in Molecular Biochemistry & Biophysics from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Lastly, they obtained their J.D. from the Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
