Ayush Joshi

Ayush Joshi's work experience includes holding the position of Associate Director: Strategy & Operations at Xindus starting in November 2023. Prior to that, Ayush worked as a Senior Associate at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from May 2022 to November 2023, where they were involved in facilitating the merger of India's two largest airlines. Ayush also served as an Elected Member of the Cultural Committee at IIM Kozhikode from August 2020 to April 2022. Ayush gained experience as a Management Consultant Analyst - Summer Intern at Accenture from April 2021 to June 2021. Before that, they worked as a Senior Data Scientist at Career Launcher from February 2019 to July 2020, where they made significant contributions such as designing recommender systems and predictive analytics tools. Additionally, Ayush worked as a Derivatives Trader at Futures First from June 2018 to February 2019, and as a Financial Market Analyst (Intern) at Futures First from June 2017 to July 2017. Ayush also founded and served as the Fest Convenor at Yuvaan, Literature & Film Fest, DTU from November 2016 to January 2018.

Ayush Joshi completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, from 2020 to 2022. Ayush then pursued further studies in finance at Brunel Business School, where they obtained a second MBA in 2022. Prior to their MBA degrees, Ayush completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Delhi Technological University (formerly DCE), from 2014 to 2018. In terms of their earlier education, Ayush attended Green Fields School from 2002 to 2014, where they studied French as an elective language until 10th grade and focused on PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) with Computer Science for their senior secondary exams. Additionally, Ayush holds certifications in Neural Networks and Deep Learning from Coursera and a Diploma in Music - Guitar from Trinity College London, obtained in 2020 and 2013, respectively.
