Ts. Abdul Hazim Rahmat

Ts. Abdul Hazim Rahmat has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ts. Abdul Hazim started their career as a Cadet Engineer at FELDA PALM INDUSTRIES SDN. BHD. in 2010. Ts. Abdul Hazim then progressed to become an Assistant Mill Manager at Felda Palm Industry Sdn bhd in 2011, where they were responsible for managing the palm oil processing mill process and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

After that, they joined Tradewinds Plantation Berhad in 2015 as a Mill Manager, where they continued to oversee mill operations. In 2017, they moved to Xinyi Glass as a Senior Equipment Engineer, where they played a vital role in the equipment management.

In 2020, Ts. Abdul Hazim Rahmat was promoted to Equipment Assistant Manager at Xinyi Glass, demonstrating their growth and skills in the company. Ts. Abdul Hazim recently became the Head of the Environment, Health, Safety & Public Relation Department at Xinyi Glass in May 2021.

Ts. Abdul Hazim Rahmat earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, graduating in 2010. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their education and career. These certifications include becoming a Professional Technologist from the Malaysia Board of Technologists in August 2020, achieving the 1st Grade Steam Engineer certification from the Department of Occupational Safety and Health Malaysia (DOSH) in March 2014, and receiving the certifications of AUTHORISED GAS TESTER & ENTRY SUPERVISOR and AUTHORISED ENTRANT & STANDBY PERSON FOR CONFINED SPACE from the National Institute Of Occupational Safety & Health (NIOSH) in April 2013 and March 2013, respectively.
