Riley Gilfeather

Riley Gilfeather has extensive experience in project management and consulting, currently serving as Project Manager at XIT PAVING AND CONSTRUCTION INC since July 2022, and as Owner of Feather Tally Consulting LLC since June 2024, providing bookkeeping services for small businesses. Prior experience includes roles such as Assistant Project Manager II at The Walsh Group, where responsibilities spanned overseeing major civil construction projects, and Project Engineer, managing traffic-related operations on a significant design/build project. Additional experience includes working as a Transcon Agent at Expeditors and as a Bartender/Key Manager at Mac's Steak and Seafood. Riley Gilfeather earned a Bachelor's Degree in Public Affairs with a focus on Business Law, Criminal Justice, and Risk Management from the University of North Texas between 2011 and 2013.
