Elias J. Paul

Elias J. Paul has a diverse work experience in sales and management roles. Elias J. is currently serving as the Head of Sales and Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at XiTrust - The eSignature Company, where they are responsible for sales operations in Switzerland. Prior to this, Elias worked at Hilti Schweiz as the National Key Account Manager, where they successfully built a new business model, managed national key accounts, and sold complex product solutions. Elias J. also provided coaching and leadership to regional Key Account Managers. Before joining Hilti Schweiz, Elias worked at Allianz as a Sales Manager, overseeing sales operations. Elias J. also founded and served as the CEO of starperformance Consulting, a consulting company, for three years.

Elias J. Paul obtained their Master's degree in Wirtschaft from the University of Applied Sciences Zürich, where they studied from 2010 to 2015.
