Vladislav Grishaev

Vladislav Grishaev is a seasoned construction technology project manager with extensive experience in the construction industry, particularly in BIM and prefab processes. Since December 2018, Vladislav has been with XL Construction, where responsibilities include overseeing construction technology projects. Previously, from August 2009 to December 2018, Vladislav worked at Daley's Drywall & Taping in various roles including BIM Manager, where tasks involved leading teams, creating shop drawings, and managing the transfer of BIM models to the field with high precision. Vladislav's expertise encompasses commercial and residential projects across multiple sectors, including healthcare and corporate offices, demonstrating a strong focus on innovative technology, quality control, and business development. Vladislav holds a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Universidad de San Martín de Porres, supplemented by education from Peoples' Friendship University of Russia.
